ABInBev has been collaborating with Origami Frontiers since May 2013, deploying its Mobile Push Learning (MP Learning) solution where training can be pushed in a massive, highly efficient and effective way to participants on their mobile devices. Today, our participants are receiving trainings requests on ABInBev standard courses step by step.

MP Learning from Origami Frontiers pioneers a revolutionary learning called “micro-learning” which enables ABInBev to conduct learning in a convenience way. This can be deployed only within hours across boundary, with course administrators able to keep track of the progress of who has learnt, what has been learnt, and how well participants have learnt. More importantly, it increases the effectiveness of their learning in a fun and intuitive way. We are confident that this is the new way learning should be conducted, and we would certainly like to continue exploring more ways that MP Learning can help ABInbev to develop the best people.

To date, Pepsi Shanghai and Origami Frontiers has a successful collaboration for over 5 years.

Origami Frontiers has designed and built a Mobile Sales Assistant (MSA) retail and channel management system. The MSA system supports Pepsi sales across the China eastern region that including various Pepsi subsidiaries in Shanghai, Nanjing Hangzhou, Wuhan and Anhui. The system also covers a wide of channel types to reach our customers in our retail network ranging from Traditional Trade (TT) of Direct Sales Distribution (DSD), to Whole Sales Distribution (WST) and Modern Trade (MT).

The MSA system solves a critical problem for us to increase our efficiency and effectiveness to manage our sales team based on a KPI-driven methodology and allows us to have visibility and also to enforce their detailed execution at the retail front.

The technology and solution provided by Origami Frontiers has delivered great business values to Pepsi and has major contributions to our management and operation. We look forward to continue our partnership with Origami Frontiers.

Origami Frontiers has successfully deployed for Huawei China the iRetail system since December 2012. The system plays the key role in managing our thousands of retail sales and marketing team across Huawei’s extensive retail network in China. It also enables Huawei China to achieve KPI-based management of our retail operation.

Origami Frontiers is our strategic partner to help Huawei across the entire transformation process from strategy, design, build to support of the iRetail system. The entire project started in August 2012 with deep collaboration with Huawei retail team that begins with strategic assessment and analysis. Leveraging Origami’s transformation consulting expertise and mobile push cloud platform technology, the iRetail system was successful launched and go live in unprecedented time in 3 months to meet our scope and time demand.

iRetail system is a mission-critical technology platform for Huawei China to execute on our sales and marketing strategy. It enables us to perform critical analysis based on quantifiable data and intelligence gathered from the open retail market.
